With more than 20 years of experience serving in the Probate Division of the Superior Court, Pathways Senior Solutions have witnessed firsthand the emotional, legal, and practical challenges families encounter during times of crisis. That experience inspired them to establish Pathways Senior Solutions—to provide compassionate, knowledgeable support that helps families navigate these situations with confidence while connecting them to the right resources at the right time.

Most of their placement consultations and referral services are provided at no cost to families. When families desire more comprehensive advocacy, ongoing care coordination, or personalized case management, they also offer professional support services tailored to their unique needs.
