Adult Protective Services (APS) investigates reports of abuse, neglect, abandonment, isolation, financial exploitation, and self-neglect involving seniors age 60+ and dependent adults ages 18–59. APS social workers respond to reports, assess safety, intervene when necessary, and provide referrals and case management to help individuals remain safe and supported in the community.

• Abuse, neglect, and exploitation reporting and response
• Safety planning and crisis intervention
• Information and referrals for supportive services
• Case management and coordination with community partners
