Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) coordinates volunteers to mentor foster youth and act as the "eyes and ears of the judge and the voice of the child."

Through court reports and  appearances, CASA volunteers:

• State the child’s wishes
• Provide the court with recommendations as to what actions would be in the child’s best interests
